Last week was one of those “epic” ski weeks with lots of snow day after day. From Jan. 27-31, 36 inches of snow fell and it was the type of snow that yielded comments like: “best day of the season for me..” from a long-time season holder to “Today was the greatest ski day of my entire life! That’s saying a lot, considering I live in Utah and ski over a 120 days a year.” from Ski Utah blogger Matt Baydala.

The joy of skiing at Alta during and after a good powder storm infected everyone who skied last week. A memorable week with more to come as we enter into the second half of the ski season.
