Location
Alta Lodge is located at the base of Alta Ski Area and adjacent to Snowbird Ski Resort in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Conveniently located 32 miles southeast of downtown Salt Lake City, at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon on State Highway 210, the Lodge is less than an hour from Salt Lake International Airport.

Winter Season
From mid to late November through mid to late April, the Lodge offers ski vacations and all-inclusive ski clinics for individuals and small groups.
Winter Rates
Modified American Plan Package includes lodging, full breakfast and dinner. Rates for 2017-2018 season range from $110 for a bed in a shared dormitory room during a week night stay early season to $802 for two people in a large slope-facing corner room during high season. Tax and 15% service charge (in lieu of tipping) are additional.

Summer Season
From early June to mid-October, the Lodge is available for weddings and receptions,

Room rates range from $99-$165 and include continental breakfast or Sunday Brunch. Additional private group dining meal plans are available.
