Planning a family ski trip? Alta Lodge has been hosting family ski vacations for generations – they are at the core of who we are. For more than the past decade, we have been offering our Kids Stay Free program during early and spring seasons to help families start their own Alta family ski tradition.
Kids stay and eat free early and spring season
November 21 – December 19, 2018
April 7 – 20, 2019
Here’s the deal: Book a 4-night minimum stay early or spring season in a standard room or better, and up to two children ages 12 and under stay in your room at no additional charge. With two children, this is a savings of over $200 per night!
Includes:
- nightly lodging
- full hot breakfast and dinner
- up to two children 12 and under stay free in booked room
- complimentary Kids’ Club program
Dates:
- Early Season – November 21 (Alta opens Nov. 23) through the night of Wednesday, December 19, 2018.
Avoid the holiday crowds and high season prices! Consider starting a new family tradition and join us for opening weekend and the Thanksgiving holiday. - Spring Season – Sunday, April 7 through the night of Saturday, April 20, 2019 (last night of lodging with Alta’s closing day Sunday, April 21, 2019).

Your family will love our complimentary Kids Club!
In addition to Kids Free lodging, our complimentary Kids’ Club program includes shuttle service to Alta’s Alf Engen Ski School along with special supervised activities and dinner tailored to our younger guests. Your children will have blast! Kids’ Club simplifies your vacation and allows you to enjoy some of our other amenities. Experience après ski in the Sitzmark Club, get an in-room massage, or dine at a table for two.

Alta Lodge is ski-in/ski-out to Alta’s main Collins lift and is located less than an hour from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Getting here is simple and there’s no need for a car. Alta Shuttle offers easy and convenient transportation from the airport, with discount pricing for children 11 and younger.
