DAY 1 Arrival day
6:30 pm Group dinner with coaches – Dining room
DAY 2 Ski day (Alta)
7 – 8 am Yoga – Sitzmark
8 – 9 am Group breakfast – Dining room
9:30 – 12 pm On-snow: Skill development and technical focus
12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch* – location to be determined
1:30 – 4 pm On-snow: Applying technical focus to more challenging terrain/conditions. Video skiers
4:30 pm Video review, indoor presentation
7:00 pm Group dinner – Dining room
DAY 3 Ski day (Alta)
7 – 8 am Yoga – Sitzmark
8 – 9 am Group breakfast – Dining room
9 am Daily briefing w/coaches
9:30 – 12 pm On-snow
12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch* – location to be determined
1:30 – 4 pm On-snow, video skiers
4:30 – 6:30 pm Video review, indoor presentation
7 pm Group dinner – Dining room
DAY 4 Ski day (Snowbird, weather and conditions permitting)
7 – 8 am Yoga – Sitzmark
8 – 9 am Group breakfast – Dining room
9 am Daily briefing w/coaches
9:30 – 12 pm On-snow
12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch* – location to be determined
1:30 – 4 pm On-snow, video skiers
4:30 – 6:30 pm Video review, indoor presentation
6 pm Farewell group dinner – Dining room
DAY 5 Departure day
11 pm Checkout or extend stay
