Alta Lodge is excited to join Epic Brewing to present a unique beer tasting dinner. The inaugural event will feature seven beers paired with seven courses. Saturday night lodging and Sunday Brunch are included.
The evening begins at 6 pm with a reception -- two appetizers paired with two beer selections -- and live acoustic music. Dinner will be a series of demi-entrées created by Alta Lodge Sous-Chef Sam Wolfe, featuring locally-sourced and organic ingredients. Demi-entrées include house-smoked wild salmon with apple cider syrup and Utah sweet corn pancake; pan-seared venison with brandy peppercorn sauce and mapled yams; and organic chicken with pine nut mole sauce. Each entrée will be paired with a different lager or ale from Epic Brewing.
The package of dinner, beer courses, lodging and brunch is priced at $145 per person, double occupancy for a standard room, or $120 per person without beer courses.
